and other family style entertainment at Swain Memorial
Park on the River Raisin in the quaint village of
Brooklyn. There is no admission charge.

June 6 -
Blue Water Rockers
This
four piece band will rock the park with classics from
the 50' and 60's to kick off the Arts in the Park
season, Be there when this talented group of
singer/songwriters perform "God Bless Michigan -- a
tribute to this beautiful state. If you loved the
Beatles and the Beach Boys, don't miss this.
June 20 - Village Square
Acoustics
It's
blue grass and old-time country performed with guitars,
a mandolin, banjo and fiddle. Foot stompin', hand
clappin' music to lift your spirits.
June 27 -
Art in the Park
The Brooklyn Artists display their renderings of local
and other subjects in a variety of mediums. Children and
adults get to participate in a project that will be
displayed during the Star Night, Star Bright production.
A repeat of one of our most popular events in 2007.
July 4 -
Steven D and the Keys -- will be held at the July 4th celebration at Columbia
Middle School
High energy, high-impact -- Steven and his keyboard keep
fans jumping. His whirlwind style creates a lively show
of rock and roll oldies and traditional classic country.
July 11 - Matt Walch
Arts in Park goers ask for a
repeat performance by this crooner who stages a suave
concert singing his favorites of Frank, Elvis, Nat, Dean
and Johnny. It's smooth and groooooovy.

Star Night Star Bright
An entertainment marathon of performances -- all
competing to be the "Star Bright"
